Headed to Justice next year for 5th grade? Mark your calendars for orientation!

A message from Justice Intermediate School Principal Heather Rumple:

This fall, we will welcome a new group of students into Justice Intermediate School as they transition to 5th grade. Our goal is to ensure this transition from elementary to intermediate school is seamless, minimizing any anxiety for both you and your child.

This week, either on Thursday (5/16) or Friday (5/17) depending on the elementary school, your student will have the opportunity to visit our campus with their classmates. Our student council members will guide them through a tour of the building and share common procedures on daily activities.

Additionally, we are excited to invite you to join us for 5th Grade Orientation at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 21. Please enter through Door 13 on the north side of the building and proceed to the gymnasium for the meeting. At this time we will explain the Justice schedule, familiarize families with common procedures, and introduce our teachers.

Later in the summer we will have an Open House where students will receive their schedules and their locker numbers. At that time they will be able to practice their locker, visit their teachers, and drop off any school supplies.

Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you have any questions or concerns regarding next school year. Parental involvement in a child’s education is a crucial part of student achievement. I urge you to take part as much as possible in the life of our school and to partner with us as we work together to educate and prepare our young Giants to go out and make a GIANT impact.

You can also reach us by phone, 765-664-0507, during office hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year).
